Massachusetts is the last blue state with a voluntary 287(g) agreement with ICE. 

The PROTECT Act was an important victory, won by immigrants and advocates who spent years pressuring Beacon Hill. But the work isn’t finished. The law leaves a massive loophole that allows this agreement to continue. 

Massachusetts cannot abolish ICE by itself. But we CAN stop using state resources to legitimize ICE, share data, and funnel people into Trump’s deportation system. 

We’re supporting Evan MacKay for State Representative because we need fighters on Beacon Hill who will stand with immigrant communities and end our state’s voluntary collaboration with ICE. 

Massachusetts is the last domino. Let’s make it fall.
